MGM Help Desk Update 03/17/2021:

The Tech Team has outgrown our current Help Desk and has transitioned to a new platform. You should have received an email (gym account) from MGM Tech Support inviting you to join the Help Desk portal. Please claim your account as soon as you receive the email. If you have not received it and it is not in your spam folder, please contact glevi@mygym.com for assistance.

All new tickets should be initiated from the portal in order to streamline communication and promptly resolve any issues. Once a ticket has been initiated, you may send and receive replies either through the portal or via email. You can also use the portal to access all closed and active tickets that were submitted by your location account.

Though tech@mygym.com will remain active, we ask that you use the portal to create new tickets or inquiries regarding MGM or the website.
